Innodisk and DFI collaborate for IoT management
Embedded computing technology specialist, DFI has combined its RemoGuard, with Innodisk’s iCap and InnoAge for a dual, remote management system.
Solid state devices (SSDs) are increasingly dominant in responsive enterprise storage. They combine speed, low power consumption, small size, and low maintenance and the InnoAge SSD is Innodisk´s out-of-band management-enabled flash storage solution, equipped with a Microsoft Azure Sphere. InnoAge enables multi-functional management, smart data analysis and firmware updates, data security and remote control through the cloud.
DFI has launched RemoGuard as an add-on service. Innodisk’s cloud management platform, iCap, provides easy access to monitor and control local and remote devices. It detects and collects data, sends reports and alerts operators if the device crashes or experiences other problems.
The collaboration is designed to effectively manage and monitor large numbers of connected devices that may be hard to access in widely-scattered remote locations.
Industrial storage company, Innodisk, has partnered with the embedded technology specialist which joins Innodisk’s network of partners who incorporate its technology to provide storage around Innodisk´s IoT solutions.
It integrates Innodisk´s iCap and InnoAge dual-band management technologies with DFI´s hardware design, RemoGuard to reduce maintenance staffing costs and response times while preventing service downtime with features like real-time monitoring and one-button recovery for a device management system.
Innodisk provides a service-driven provider of flash memory, DRAM modules and embedded peripheral products for the industrial and enterprise applications. With satisfied customers across the embedded, aerospace and defence and cloud storage markets with customisable solutions customer service.
