Medical power supplies boosted by 500W open frame baseplate
Components Bureau has added the Cincon CFM500M with PFC series to its range of medical power supplies.
The new baseplate cooled power supply offers an efficiency up to 94.5 per cent.
It comes in a compact size, 3in x 5in, and offers a wide operating temperature range of -40 degrees C to 85 degrees C. The power supply has been approved to EN 60601-1, ANSI/AAMI ES 60601-1 and 2MOPP which, says Components Bureau, makes it suitable for critical applications in the medical market.
Five models are available ranging from 12V to 48V and fan-cooled, convection and covered ratings are available for greater flexibility.
The new series offers universal input range 80 to 264 Vac, no load power consumption, low inrush current and high-power density up to 20.96W/Inch3. Features include power good and power fail signal and PS on/off remote control.
The Cincon CFM500M with PFC series is available from Components Bureau now.
Established in 1985, Components Bureau, a dedicated specialist of power related components and converters, was acquired along with sister company Display Solutions by Display Technology Ltd, the UK subsidiary of Fortec Elektronik AG, on 28 September 2018.
Components Bureau operates out of its central Frankfurt hub and its UK headquarters.
