MIL-grade server fits into 19-inch rack
The PIP49R-MLRK1 is a conductive cooled Xeon E-2276 9th generation CPU system, designed by MPL as dual-solution to fit on a 19-inch rack. It therefore does not require a fan and can be operated in an environment of -40 up to +85 degrees C.
The PIP housing offers sufficient space for 2.5-inch SSD or other expansion options, such as an uninterrupted power supply or RAID. The PIP49R is equipped with two mPCIe and two m.2 slots for further expansion. The internal expansion bus allows the integration of PCIe/104 or PCIe cards allowing customisation of additional interfaces and features. The design is EMC and meets CE and FCC limits and standards, for example, EN50155, IEC60945 or MIL-STD-810.
Other features are up to 64Gbyte DDR4 memory and long term availability. There is also AMT/vPro support.
The PIP family has been designed to withstand harsh environments and extreme temperature conditions. The rugged design is combined with industrial-grade components to offer high reliability and long-term performance, said MPL.
All MPL products are designed for long-term availability and the PIP40 family will be available for at least 10 years. MPL’s own component stock guarantees repairs for up to 20 years. Extended temperature ranges can be fulfilled and are tested in MPL’s own climatic chambers according to customer request.
The PIP40 family is engineered and manufactured by MPL AG in Switzerland. It meets IEC60945, EN50155, EN55022, EN55024, EN61000, MIL-STD-461E, EN 60068, MIL-STD-810G, EN 60601, EN 60950, CE, IACS and E10 specifications.
MPL AG is located in Switzerland and was founded in 1985, providing robust, fanless designs with low power consumption and long term availability. The products are designed to operate in extended temperature and meeting the high demands of rugged environments.
